How to use in 3 easy steps:

Step 1. Set up your humidifier - Remove Diffuser Cover, Fill Water (hot or cold), Turn on Diffuser, Set timer

Step 2. Add 3-5 drops to your humidifier (or more if you wish for a stronger dose)

Step 3. Best if used in a compact area. To add more fragrance to the therapy, add more uplift, relieve, or calm essences. (best if taken in combination!)
