Simply open up the bottle and use the dropper to fill in the desired amount of oil. Once you have reached your desired amount, squirt the oil underneath the tongue and hold sublingually for 30-60 seconds then swallow! You can also add it to coffee, tea, water, and other liquids of your choosing if that is your preferred method. 

We recommend starting at the lowest dose at .5ml or 1/2 a dropper. On the dropper you will be able to measure out the desired amount. Rule of thumb is that a Full Dropper =  33mgs. On average our clients report anywhere from 1/2 a dropper to up to 2 1/2 full droppers per use. Everyone has a different dose so begin Low and Slow!

If you have an aversion to Adaptogens, certain herbs, or MCT Coconut oil. Then speak with your doctor before using. However most cases our clients report no side effects, especially if they start Low & Slow!

TerpEffect usually kicks in between 15-30 minutes after applying sublingually. If you add to a liquid of your choosing, anywere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.  Results vary so on average you will feel your effect within 15 minutes to an hour. 

Yes you can, however just like any supplement company. We highly recommed speaking with your doctor and going over the ingredients. Most cases our clients add TerpEffects to their daily regiment!

Our TerpEffects are made with organic terpenes & adaptogenic herbs, roots, and botanicals. The taste is mildy herbal with a hint of coconut. 

The longer the better! More consistency is key. However it is ok to take as needed.
